The Ministry of Power (MoP) has launched the GARV-II application with the aim of tracking rural household electrification. This version incorporates village-wise and habitation-wise baseline data on household electrification for all states. Further, the status of village-wise works sanctioned under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana and the release of funds to states for these projects has also been mapped in this version.
