Kerala, Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura have joined the Ujwal Discom Assurance Yojana (UDAY). With this, a total of 26 states have become a part of the scheme. UDAY will accrue net benefits of Rs 41.78 billion, Rs 3.09 billion and Rs 8.1 billion to Kerala, Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura respectively.
