Tata Power Company Limited has secured the distribution franchise contract for Ajmer circle in Rajasthan. The company has signed an agreement with the Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited for electricity distribution in Ajmer as a franchisee for 20 years and has set up a special purpose vehicle (SPV) called TP Ajmer Distribution for the same.
