Genus Power Infrastructure Limited has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary namely Genus Dhundar Smart Metering SPV Private Limited. The new entity, with an authorised and subscribed capital of Rs 0.1 million, is established to execute an advanced metering infrastructure service provider (AMISP) contract and will operate within the power infrastructure and distribution industry.
