SEL partners with AG&P to provide FSRU to operationalise LNG terminal at Jafrabad, Gujarat

Swan Energy Limited (SEL) has partnered with AG&P Terminals and Logistics to form a joint venture (JV) to provide a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) and a floating storage unit to operationalise the Jafrabad LNG terminal. AG&P and SEL will have 51 per cent and 49 per cent share, respectively, in the vessel. Additionally, the companies will establish a separate JV for supplying LNG in India or any other jurisdiction, in which SEL will have a 51 per cent share while AG&P will hold a 49 per cent share.
