BPCL plans to establish 10 new LNG stations

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) is planning to establish 10 new LNG stations across the country. Additionally, it is likely to sign a five-year agreement with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for the supply of 0.45 mtpa of LNG to meet the growing demand for cleaner fuels. As part of its strategy to enhance its natural gas footprint, BPCL plans to invest Rs 250 billion in its gas business, which encompasses city gas distribution, LNG infrastructure and other related projects.
