Petronet LNG Limited signs MoU with government of Odisha for Gopalpur LNG terminal

Petronet LNG Limited signed an MoU with the Odisha government for the Gopalpur liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal on April 8, 2025. The project involves the development of a land-based terminal at Gopalpur in Ganjam district, Odisha, with a capacity of 5 mtpa. Earlier, the terminal was planned as a floating storage and regasification LNG unit with a capacity of 4 mtpa.
