A new advanced STP has been commissioned in Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The plant is equipped with an advanced and sustainable automation technology. The newly installed STP has a capacity to treat upto 750,000 litres of wastewater per day. The treated water meets the prescribed standards for reuse.
The STP leverages membrane bioreactor system that combines biological treatment with advanced membrane filtration methods. This technology generates high-quality and reusable effluent and has a lower carbon footprint than traditional STPs.
