Genus Power has deployed 10 million smart meters under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) across major discoms as an advanced metering infrastructure service provider (AMISP). The milestone covers installations across nine states. The company has added an integrated manufacturing facility at Kotputli, in addition to its existing facilities in Jaipur, Haridwar and Guwahati, to strengthen its manufacturing capacity. The smart meters manufactured by the company have been deployed through other AMISPs and utility partners.
