Atirath Holdings sign MoU with the Telangana government for investment in bio-CNG projects

Atirath Holdings has signed an MoU with the Telangana government for the investment of Rs 40 billion for bio-CNG projects in the state. It will see the development of 25 CBG plants. The plants will each have a capacity of 20 tonnes per day (tpd). Reportedly, the first CBG plant in Telangana will witness the ground-breaking ceremony in January 2026, and is expected to be operational in one year and three months. The company earlier also signed an MoU with the Andhra Pradesh government for the setting up of 25 CBG plants with a capacity of 20 tpd, entailing a total investment of Rs 40 billion.
